For specialized functionality our CMS is flexible enough to be customized. Our powerful application framework makes it easy for us to create complex add-ons that extend even further the power of our CMS. Imagine a system whereby integrating a legacy stock control system is possible. We strongly believe that a system is an aggregation of subsystems cooperating so that the system is able to deliver the over-arching functionality.

We can offer both vertical or horizontal integration. The advantage of vertical integration is that the integration is performed quickly and involves only the necessary vendors. In using the latter type of integration, a specialized subsystem (BUS) is added to the system which is dedicated to communicate with other subsystems. This allows cutting the number of connections (interfaces) to only one per subsystem which will connect directly to the BUS. The BUS is capable of translating the interface into another interface. It is possible to completely replace one subsystem with another which provides similar functionality but exports different interfaces, all this completely transparent for the rest of the subsystems. The only action required is to implement the new interface between the BUS and the new subsystem.
